Why throw it away

Olive oil has a cooking point of 180°.

.
It’s the only one that doesn’t burn ever. Just filter it to remove any residue from the frying pan and keep it for a future by adding the missing one.
Maybe it’s good to put the fish in a bottle that is different from that for potatoes and so for other fried food only for the flavor that might counter in a negative way. It’s a waste . Needless to throw it away.

The more a virgin olive oil or Virgin olive oil is fluid …the more healthy it is.
The reason: it is filtered and then cleaned from all those deposits, sediments and impurities that compromise the quality, as well as having to pay.
